Frequently Asked

Everything you might be wondering.

If you have a question that's not here, just ask us.

What counts as an agent?

Any distinct AI workload that the collector detects — whether that's a LangChain agent, a CrewAI crew, an OpenClaw task, or a custom Python script that calls an LLM. One codebase can have many agents; a single agent can run across many hosts. You're charged per unique detected agent, not per host.

What counts as a run?

A single LLM call. If your agent makes 5 LLM calls to answer one user question, that's 5 runs. Internal tool calls (non-LLM) don't count toward your run quota. Cached responses that don't hit the provider count as 0 cost runs but we still track them as separate runs for visibility.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14 days, no credit card required. You get full access to Standard-tier features during the trial so you can see the real value before you commit. Start from dashboard.oculis.selaware.ai/signup.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes. Changes take effect immediately. Upgrades are prorated to the day; downgrades get you a credit that applies to your next invoice. Cancel anytime — no contracts, no cancellation fees.

What if I exceed my agent or run limit?

We never stop tracking. If you exceed your limit, we'll notify you and either charge for an overage pack or suggest an upgrade. Standard and Premium plans include agent packs (up to 50 and 500 respectively) that you can add on demand.

How does the 40% early-access discount work?

The first 50 customers get 40% off their plan for life — not just the first year. This locks in at checkout and applies to any tier changes you make. 12 spots currently remaining.

Do you offer annual billing?

Annual billing with 15% off is coming soon. For now, all plans are monthly. Enterprise customers can pay annually today via invoice.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit/debit card and ACH direct debit on self-serve plans, via Stripe. Enterprise plans can pay by ACH transfer, wire, or check against an invoice with Net 30 terms.

Can I self-host Oculis?

Self-hosted deployment is available on the Enterprise plan, launching later this year. You run the full Oculis stack in your own VPC — no telemetry, prompts, or cost data leaves your infrastructure. Join the Enterprise waitlist to be notified.

Is Oculis SOC 2 / HIPAA / GDPR compliant?

SOC 2 Type II is in progress — targeted for Enterprise launch. HIPAA and GDPR follow. If you need a compliance timeline for your procurement process, reach out to us directly and we'll share specifics.
